128.365 Where I Sweat

Here's the gym where I CrossFit. Today I was introduced to the Jackie workout which kicked me in the pants.

Row 1000 meters
50 thrusters 
30 pull-ups

It was crazy hard for me. Apparently the best guys in the world can do this in under 6 minutes. I didn't really check my time but I'm pretty sure I was upwards of 14 minutes. I have a long way to go but I can already see tons of progress. Go me!!
